David and his wife, Rhonda, are so grateful for their life together and now want to give back and be a blessing to others. With 12 wonderful people in their family so far, together they've crafted a life centered on family, faith in God and what's possible, and a deep love for the Pacific Northwest. That same care for people is the foundation of everything David does professionally.

For over 30 years in Tech, David used his creativity and passion to "not take no for an answer" to serve well a broad range of clients. During that time, David also bought and sold more than 40 homes as a real estate investor under Seider Select Properties LLC — learning firsthand how to spot value, create opportunity, and turn a house with promise into a home with a future. He wants to give that same investor advantage to you.

Today, David is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Broker affiliated with John L. Scott Real Estate in Ridgefield, WA. Clients get a broker who combines 20 years of investor instinct with the resources and reach of one of the Pacific Northwest's most respected brokerages.

David and Rhonda live and have an ongoing presence in Vancouver and Seattle, Washington. When he's not working with clients, you'll find him on a trail somewhere — with the same energy and forward momentum he brings to everything else.
